Sayyiduna Zaid Ibn Khalid Juhanee رضى الله تعالى عنه narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: One who feeds a fasting person, to break his fast, receives reward similar to his (fasting person), without the reward of the fasting person, decreasing in any way

We are encouraged to feed a fasting person.
It creates love and unity amongst Muslims.
It also serves to assist a Muslim, in an act of obedience.
Today being the blessed day of Friday, let us recite Surah Kahf and excessive salawaat/durood on Nabee صلى الله عليه وسلم.
