Sunnah practice of using different routes to and from the Eid Salaah
Sayyiduna Jabir bin `Abdillah رضي الله عنه narrates:On the Day of Eid, the Prophet (ﷺ) used to return (after offering the Eid salaah) using a path different to that which he used when going for the Salaah.

*Sunnah practice on Eid ul fitr*
Sayyiduna Anas ibn Malik رضي الله عنه reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would not proceed (to the Eid Salaah) on the day of Eid al-Fitr until he had eaten some dates.
