Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah رضى الله تعالى عنه narrates from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) who said: One who stands up in worship, on Laylatul Quadr, with faith and expectation of reward, his past sins will be forgiven (Bukhari/Muslim)
The word, قام is used, which literally means, stand up in Salaah, but all acts of worship are included in its implication. The minimum one can do is that males read their Isha and Fajr Salaah, with congregation in the Masjid and females at home, and not commit any sins.
One must worship with a happy heart, having conviction of rewards, and not regarding it as a burden.
