Ramadan 2021 - Iftar Guidlines at the Peace Centre

The hadeeth of Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to break his fast with fresh dates before praying; if there were no (fresh dates) then with dry dates, and if there were no (dried dates) then he would take a few sips of water.

In accordance with Government guidelines there will be no Iftar programme at The Peace Centre this year. Due to space limitations, unfortunately there will be no access for children under the age of 15 for iftaar & all salaah. We appreciate that our dear children enjoy coming to the Peace Centre for Salaah, iftaar & other activities, we are extremely limited with space & therefore cannot accommodate everyone. We appreciate your understanding in this regard. If you wish to break your fast at the masjid you can bring with you a small bottle of water and dates. Please remain in your allocated space when breaking fast.  Strictly no food items such as Samosas/Savouries are to be brought into the masjid. You must also not share any food items with other musallees.  You can only share water and dates with members from your own household or bubble. NOT SHARING IS CARING!
